THE PERSON BEHIND ALYN
Hello, I’m Jade
the founder of Alyn. I’ve built global (UK, Europe, USA, MEANZ) People and hiring functions inside fast growing, founder led companies, with experience spanning Series A and B start-up and scale-up businesses. I’ve worked closely with founders including at the earliest stages, helping them shape their teams, culture and approach to leadership as their businesses grow.
I also bring that experience to people navigating their own careers. Having hired talent and supported people’s development from inside these businesses, I understand both sides of the conversation. Whether you’re preparing for an interview, stepping into leadership or figuring out your next move, I help you recognise what you bring and put it into action.
